ETHEL BEATRICE MARY WILSON
(SKINNER) was born at Windsor, Victoria in 1901, the eldest daughter of William and
Caroline and she moved to New Zealand with her parents in 1903. Ethel visited Melbourne in
1927/28 to see her grandmother and stayed with her uncle and aunt - Percival and Ruby. Ethel married William Herbert Wilson in the middle 1930s but there were no children by this marriage. Ethels husband died in 1966. In February 1971 Stuart and Beth visited New Zealand and Ethel arranged for them to have Sunday lunch at her home at Rothsay Bay where they met Ethel, Eric and Nell, Doris and Fred. Ethel corresponded quite regularly with Ruby and Percival up until Rubys death in 1975. Ethel died in 1991. Bill Wilson, Ethel and Caroline. |
